German designers, who founded their labels one to five years ago, were invited to apply for the support programme in the categories of women’s wear, menswear and accessories.

From the numerous applications ten finalists were selected by a renowned group of industry experts to present their label in front of an international top jury in November 2016:

BENU BERLIN, BOULEZAR, GOETZE, HORROR VACUI, MARINA HOERMANSEDER, NINA KASTENS JEWELRY, RIANNA + NINA, STEINROHNER, TIM LABENDA and WILLIAM FAN.

On 17 January 2017 BOULEZAR, HORROR VACUI, TIM LABENDA and WILLIAM FAN were declared winners of the “FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME BY THE FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY AND H&M” 2017/2018 and were presented to an exclusive Fashion Week audience at ‘Palais am Festungsgraben’.
