Dr. Gemma Vallet is Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI), where she leads the Fashion Programmes, serves as Academic Lead at the BSBI Barcelona Academic Centre, and initiated the BSBI Future Lab—an applied research and innovation platform focused on the future of brand marketing, fashion, business, technology, sustainability, and culture. She holds a PhD in Digital Branding, the first of its kind in Europe.

With international experience working with global and innovative brands across Berlin, Barcelona, Brussels, Dubai, Lisbon, Lyon, and Madrid, Dr. Vallet operates at the intersection of academia and industry. She is a regular contributor to expert media including Vogue and a speaker at leading fashion, business, and technology summits, where she addresses digital transformation, brand marketing, sustainaibility, and the evolving creative economy.
