Report on the Needs of the European Creativity-Driven Fashion Industry
European Fashion Alliance

Europe's fashion sector is standing at a turning point. But what needs to happen for this turnaround to succeed? This is the key question explored in the Report on the Needs of the European Creativity-Driven Fashion Industry 2025, released by the European Fashion Alliance (EFA) in January 2026. The Fashion Council Germany e.V. presents the first study on the status of German fashion digitally as part of Berlin Fashion Week. This clearly shows that fashion is also a relevant and promising economic and cultural asset in Germany, but it needs more support.
