What are you most looking forward to at the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week?

As one of the must-see events on the European fashion calendar, I am absolutely convinced that this edition of Berlin Fashion Week will deliver some truly memorable moments. From the shows taking place in exciting locations that lend the collections an extra dose of identity, to the diversity of castings demonstrated by some of the participating brands, I am looking forward to seeing the latest collections from some of the brightest minds in today's fashion scene on the runway.

What makes Berlin unique as a fashion city for you?

I think it has to do with the energy emanating from Berlin, which sets it apart from other cities when it comes to the fashion scene. Projects that aren't dependent on established dynamics and defend their independence by prioritizing creative freedom are vibrant, and you can feel that both in the creative epicenters and on the street itself.

Which designers or fashion shows particularly caught your attention during your last visit to Berlin Fashion Week? What made it unforgettable?

I can't help but mention SF1OG, a brand that has earned a well-deserved place at Berlin Fashion Week by showcasing a recognizable identity that doesn't follow market trends but maintains a very contemporary spirit. I would also highlight SIA ARNIKA, LITKOVSKA, whose meticulously detailed garments elevate the concept of elegance, NAMILIA and the tremendous energy we felt at their last show, or DZHUS and their experimental, technical garments that leave you speechless.

How would you describe the atmosphere and energy of Berlin Fashion Week?

The influence and international recognition that a fashion week achieves depends not only on the collections presented or the participating brands, but also on the community that makes this event a meeting place for industry professionals and fans of design and creativity. I think that people who think outside the box and don't miss this event are one of the greatest strengths of Berlin Fashion Week.
