This year, eBay is once again setting an example for creative and more sustainable fashion. As part of Berlin Fashion Week, the online marketplace is supporting five selected designers and labels with EUR 5,000 each to support their innovative ideas and make the topic of circularity more visible. The names of the participating brands will be announced in January.

A highlight of this collaboration are exclusive looks that will be presented at the designers' shows or events. These creations are made entirely from upcycled materials and pre-loved garments purchased via the eBay marketplace. The looks not only underline the creative vision of the designers, but also the importance of sustainability and recycling in the fashion industry.

Directly after Berlin Fashion Week, the looks of the participating fashion labels will be sold via the eBay marketplace. The Fashion Council Germany is setting up a store for this purpose, giving consumers the opportunity to discover exclusive and sustainable unique pieces with a special story - and at the same time supporting the promotion of up-and-coming talent.

With this commitment, eBay Germany is sending a strong signal for the future of fashion: creative, sustainable, and accessible.
