On Sunday, July 21, 2019, the Fashion Council Germany, together with its partners The NRW Design Issue and the city of Düsseldorf, invited people to the exclusive FCGFIRESIDEBRUNCH. The FCG is thus expanding its popular event series FCGFIRESIDECHAT with another networking concept. In the newly opened Greger location in Düsseldorf's Media Harbor, up-and-coming brands and designers, including JEN MM DESIGN, JotJot Fashion, Marianna Déri Fashion, Modemanufaktur Ludwig, Opaak, Katharina Beilstein, Aleks Kurkowski, Second Skin Studio, Maryvonne Wellen Jewellery and CANO were given the opportunity to present their key looks to a select audience from the fashion and creative industries. An interdisciplinary exchange took place within this framework and new impulses were set for the fashion industry. In addition to John Cloppenburg (FCG Presidium) and Claudia Jericho (Creative.NRW), the invited guests were also welcomed by the Mayor of Düsseldorf, Thomas Geisel:
