The educational project GENERATION FUTURE was launched in 2022 in collaboration with the PVH Foundation and is aimed at 9th-grade students throughout Germany. In various lessons, students learn about the ecological and social impacts of the fashion industry, as well as related career opportunities, laying an important foundation for responsible engagement with the fashion industry. Following a successful first phase, the project is now entering its second phase, which will run until the end of the school year in summer 2024. After the three lessons, students receive supplementary materials in the form of webinars, providing them with additional knowledge.

In a central test, all participants can demonstrate their knowledge and thus have the opportunity to qualify for a trip to Scotland. The 24 best students will have the opportunity to participate in the Fashion Future Conference in October and take part in various workshops at Dumfries House, the estate of the King's Foundation.

There are still a few dates available for the current school year - If you are interested in participating or if you know someone who might find the project interesting, please contact edu@fashion-council-germany.org .
