Now is the time to act – only a few days left to apply for the Circular Fashion Fund! The application deadline for the fourth round of the funding project is March 8th. Initiated by eBay, the official partner of the Fashion Council Germany, the fund aims to promote a more ecologically sustainable fashion industry, for example by extending the lifespan of clothing and reducing textile waste.

The initiative will be significantly expanded in 2026: Instead of being limited to Germany, Great Britain, Australia, and the USA as before, fashion start-ups from all EU countries, as well as Canada and Switzerland, can now apply. eBay is thus searching globally for innovative concepts for a sustainable circular economy in the fashion industry.

Eight selected companies will each receive $50,000 and targeted mentoring programs. Additionally, a "Global Winner" will be chosen, who will have the chance to win a further investment of $300,000 from eBay Ventures. In total, the program will provide $1.9 million worldwide by the end of 2026.

And who knows – after the Berlin-based label MOOT was selected as the German winner of the competition last year, it could be your turn in 2026 to receive substantial funding and tailored mentoring. Applications are open until March 8, 2026 at pages.ebay.com/circularfashionfund
