SEP stands for Social Enterprise Project. The luxury fashion and lifestyle company with a social purpose was the first Jordanian private company to establish itself in Jerash Camp, Jordan, in 2013. SEP works with over 500 embroidery artists, many of whom are refugees. A distinguishing feature is that SEP works with the residents of the location as artists and colleagues and does not see them simply as recipients of help. SEP has the privileged opportunity to provide women and their families with a sustainable path to economic independence. In 2020, SEP became a certified B Corporation.
