Just in time for Berlin Fashion Week , the The Berlin Salon opening took place at the historic Bode Museum. The format was created by Christiane Arp , Chairwoman of the Fashion Council Germany, and Marcus Kurz , Managing Director of NOWADAYS , to showcase the diversity and high quality of German design. This season's carefully curated group exhibition once again featured exceptional design talent, specifically selected with a focus on emerging talent.

This year's DER BERLINER SALON showcased the work of nine selected members of the FCG.

Anne Bernecker , Des FILLES désir , International Citizen , Karen Jessen , Katharina Dubbick , Leinz Contemporary Eyewear Berlin , Natascha von Hirschhausen ,PB0110 and Société Angelique had the opportunity to present their designs at the salon .

THE BERLINER SALON offers these designers a unique platform to present their creative visions to a wide audience and the press.

The exhibition can be viewed by the public all week until Sunday, July 7th.
