The Fashion Council Germany and the online marketplace eBay Germany are entering into a partnership. Since July 2023, the two organizations have been joining forces and supporting each other in their strategic, creative and industry-internal processes.

As the leading authority for the German fashion industry, the Fashion Council Germany has made it its mission to support fashion companies in Germany in their growth and to promote them, especially with regard to sustainability. As one of the largest online marketplaces in Germany, eBay Germany also plays a key role in offering retailers and private individuals a trustworthy platform for the circular economy.

Through the partnership, eBay gains access to FCG's expertise and network. eBay is a leading global commerce company, connecting millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world, creating economic opportunities for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses and organizations of all sizes. eBay is aiming to strengthen its role in the fashion industry. With the help of the partnership, the company based in Dreilinden is sending a clear signal to be increasingly perceived as an enabler of the industry. Further joint projects and initiatives will be announced and implemented in the coming months.
