Antara is a business psychologist specializing in the fashion industry. Since completing her master's degree in 2017, she has gained experience in the sector from various perspectives: from new business development and e-commerce management to trend research and marketing. Having grown up in a family of textile professionals with a focus on brick-and-mortar retail, she has a deep passion for supporting local fashion brands. Antara is particularly enthusiastic about contemporary innovations and the integration of new technologies, especially within the context of the megatrends of neo-ecology, gender shift, and connectivity.

Since the beginning of 2023, Antara has been working at the Fashion Council Germany, initially overseeing the international projects "Berlin Fashion x International," the "UGG Culture Changemaker Prize," and the "FCG/VOGUE Fashion Fund," as well as the partnership with eBay Germany. Since summer 2024, she has been responsible for the "Berlin Fashion Week" team.
