Janina Lin Otto is an entrepreneur, foundation board member, and visionary. In 2018, she and her husband, Benjamin Otto, founded the Holistic Foundation, which supports solutions in the areas of learning, well-being, vocation, and the environment. Through the foundation, she has initiated and established three social enterprises: LIFE HAMBURG, a campus for lifelong learning and intergenerational collaboration; the Academy of LIFE, a school that fosters children according to their individual strengths; and the holi.social app, which makes socially sustainable engagement more accessible to everyone. She also serves on the supervisory board of the Otto Group, is a member of the board of trustees of the Reading Foundation, the Werner Otto Foundation, and the RTL Foundation "We Help Children," and, since November 2025, has been a member of the advisory board of the Fashion Council Germany.
