Leonie studied Marketing Communications and holds a Master's degree in Sustainability in Fashion & Creative Industries. In recent years, she has gained experience in press and marketing at fashion brands such as lala Berlin, Ivy & Oak, and most recently at the heritage brand Rudi Gernreich. She also supported the Beneficial Design Institute in the project management of an international research project on textile waste.

Since June 2025, Leonie has been part of the FCG team, supporting initiatives such as Fashion X International, Fashion X Craft, and Fashion Zukunft as a project manager.
