Magdalena Schaffrin is an entrepreneur and strategy consultant. For over 20 years, this Berlin native has been building organizations in various legal forms, combining creative vision with entrepreneurial drive in the fields of sustainable fashion and the regenerative economy. As co-CEO of studio MM04 and co-founder of VORN – The Berlin Fashion Hub eG, she shapes transformation processes at the intersection of fashion, business, and politics. Previously, as Creative Director of NEONYT, she significantly influenced the German fashion trade fair scene and co-founded initiatives such as the Greenshowroom and the Ethical Fashion Show Berlin. Since November 2025, Magdalena Schaffrin has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Fashion Council Germany.
