Mandie Bienek is the founder and managing director of Press Factory, an agency specializing in PR and strategic brand communication, which she founded in Berlin in 2001. Previously, she was Head of Marketing and PR at Bucherer Germany, where she led the communications department of the international luxury company. As the driving force behind the concept, she developed the founding idea of the Fashion Council Germany together with Claudia Hofmann and Marie Louise Berg – and became its co-founder in 2015. As a member of the executive board and later chairwoman, she significantly shaped the association during its formative years. Since 2024, she has been a member of the Fashion Council Germany's advisory board.
