Marie is a trained fashion designer and received a solid theoretical and practical education in design during her studies. She gained her first insights into the international fashion industry at Kenzo in Paris, among other places.

In the following years, she worked primarily as a freelance project manager, focusing on exhibition coordination, organization, and curatorial processes. In this capacity, she was responsible for the production management of two shows and the organization of a showroom during Berlin Fashion Week.

Since September 2025, Marie has been a permanent member of the Berlin Fashion Week team at the Fashion Council Germany. There, she is responsible for Studio2Retail and the FCG Showroom.
