Stefan Brunner

Project Manager Berlin Fashion Week

After seven years in the Austrian tourism industry, a move to Berlin, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion and Design Management, and positions at Hermès, Longchamp, and RIANNA + NINA, Stefan focused his bachelor's thesis on structural support and location development in the fashion industry, which led him to join the Fashion Council Germany in 2021. Following three and a half years full-time in project management—most recently as Project Lead for Berlin Fashion Week—he moved to London in September 2024 to pursue a Master of Science in Applied Psychology in Fashion at the London College of Fashion (UAL). Since then, he has worked part-time in an advisory capacity on numerous FCG projects. He rejoined the Berlin Fashion Week team full-time in December 2025 and will take over the management of the event during Antara's parental leave starting in March 2026.

Stefan is part of the LGBTQI+ community and sees inclusion as essential for achieving a sustainable and equitable future. He pursues this goal with a strategic approach and a passion for creating cultural moments and human connections. Another passion of his is public speaking – about emerging creatives, diversity and inclusion, and human behavior in the context of creativity and consumer goods.
