These experts will select the most outstanding creative and sustainable B2C event concepts for STUDIO2RETAIL and fashion presentation concepts for Berlin Contemporary.

The Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises / Project Future will also provide prize money for the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week season to support concepts from stationary retail and designers based in Germany (preferably from Berlin) that will take place in the STUDIO2RETAIL format during Berlin Fashion Week in February 2024. The prize money will be awarded to outstanding creative and sustainable B2C event concepts. The 5 most convincing concepts can win prize money of EUR 5,000. A jury of industry experts will select the winning concepts.

In the second part of the BFW competition, promising designers and fashion labels (mainly from Berlin and Germany) and their fashion shows and presentations during Berlin Fashion Week in February 2024 will be honored. The prize money goes to outstanding, creative and sustainable fashion presentation concepts that will present their collections as part of Berlin Contemporary.

The best 14 concepts, submitted by applicants registered in Berlin and Germany, can each win prize money of EUR 25,000. In addition, 4x EUR 25,000 in prize money can be awarded to participants from Ukraine. A jury of industry experts selects the winning concepts.

For both areas of the concept competition, we have appointed two expert juries to evaluate the submitted concepts. This year's jury members are:
